Participation was free of charge. During the Crypto Rallye the participants met other IT enthusiastic students and DATEV IT professionals and will be challenged in a mobile scavenger hunt. The main prize of the rallye were two tickets for &#8220;<a href="https://www.rock-im-park.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Rock im Park 2015 festival</a> &#8211; VIP camping included.</p>

<p>For this reason YOUNG TARGETS is starting&Acirc;&nbsp;a cooperation with <a href="www.hochschulwerbung.de" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Deutsche Hochschulwerbung</a> which is Germany&#8217;s leading marketing agency for advertising on university campus.&Acirc;&nbsp;Companies can build personal connections in a short time to academic talent on a playful way.&Acirc;&nbsp;Since we have performed some of these formats already in various cities we have been working together very closely with technical colleges and universities, such as the KIT Karlsruhe, the TU Berlin, the University of Darmstadt and the Technical University of Munich. The essential argument for the advertising staff at universities is that potential new employees are addressed here at a time when they have a majority not yet been set, in which city and in which environment they want to be once worked professionally.</p>

<p>CodeCaching is an electronic scavenger hunt on the high school campus, must answer questions correctly at the students. If a question is answered correctly, the student instance is first rewarded with a coupon for the next coffee shop. The trivia game selects the best from up to 500 participants who are then invited to a CodeCaching night. 										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>As the first company in Germany 1&amp;1 Internet AG is launching&Acirc;&nbsp;a recruiting game&Acirc;&nbsp;via a smartphone app. Because of the increasing competition for qualified graduates and IT professionals, 1&amp;1 wants to draw attention to itself and inspiring students, graduates and experienced IT professionals for the company.<br />From August to October technically savvy scavenger hunters can make for an exciting hunt for QR codes in Munich. All they need is to download the 1&amp;1 CodeCaching app for iOS or Android in their app store. CodeCaching is an electronic treasure hunt or scavenger hunt, where questions in technical issues&Acirc;&nbsp;must be answered correctly. If participants manage to do so within the specified period, they will be invited to the exclusive CodeCaching night. But also after every correct answer the participant will be rewarded: There is, for example, a coffee shop, a trendy bar or a cinema, in which the participants have to scan a QR code and get a free drink or a free coupon for it.</p>
</p>
<p>The functions and codes of this game include specifically IT-related questions on the topics of Java, PHP, front end and system administration, all of which were collected by 1 &amp; 1 experts. Only those who answered at least three questions correctly, has a good chance to take part in the CodeCaching night.&Acirc;&nbsp;<br />1&amp;1 CodeCaching is not the first creative recruiting campaign of the company. For several years now, the IT specialist at events such as &#8220;<a href="www.catch-the-job.de" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Catch the job</a>&#8220;, &#8220;IT Geocaching&#8221;, &#8220;Nerd Night&#8221; and &#8220;root-night&#8221; to the mix of technical exchange in an informal atmosphere and the search for potential new employees.</p>

The <a title="Azerbaijan Student Network e.V." href="http://azerbaijan-student.net/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Azerbaijan Student Network e.V.</a> initiated a public viewing and a afterparty in the Kesselhaus / Kulturbrauerei in Berlin. &#8220;Baku meets Berlin&#8221; was planned and fully supported by YOUNG TARGETS. Nearly 3000 people joined this event and had <a title="http://vimeo.com/43104261" href="http://vimeo.com/43104261" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">a memorable night</a>.</p>
